Plain-language summary: Stake 24/7 helps you ask your customers for reviews and route feedback. We never buy, write or filter reviews. Figures on our website are honest estimates, not promises. This page summarizes the key terms; the full Terms of Service govern your use of the product.

1. Illustrative figures

Growth statistics, ROI calculator outputs and pricing examples on this website are illustrative. Actual results depend on your industry, customer base, message wording and external factors outside our control, including search-platform algorithms. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of reviews, ratings or revenue.

2. Trial and billing

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment card. After the trial, the selected plan bills monthly or yearly in advance. Monthly plans cancel from the dashboard at the end of the billing period; yearly plans are refundable pro-rata within the first 60 days. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

3. Review-platform policies

Stake 24/7 is designed to comply with Google's and Facebook's review policies: we do not pay for reviews, suppress negative feedback behind a wall, or create fake reviews. Every customer can review publicly. You are responsible for using Stake 24/7 in compliance with the policies of each platform. One honest note: Yelp requests businesses not to actively solicit reviews, so Stake 24/7 deliberately does not route requests to Yelp.

4. Messaging and consent

You are responsible for having permission to contact the customers you add, and for complying with applicable messaging and consumer-protection laws in your market (for example anti-spam and TCPA-style rules). Requests include an opt-out, and we honor opt-outs across all campaigns automatically.

5. Data and privacy

To send review requests, we process the contact details you upload strictly for that purpose. We do not sell customer data. You remain the data controller for your customer lists; our Privacy Policy describes our role as processor, and a Data Processing Addendum is available on request.

6. Trademarks

Google, Facebook, Yelp and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. Stake 24/7 is an independent software company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those platforms.

7. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We target high uptime and publish incident notices, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product evolves.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stake 24/7 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost reputation, arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
